Can someone recommend some good non-fiction books about the Italian Mafia in NY?
About its history, present day activity, biographies of important figures, whatever….
mafia Dynasty is probably one of the most in depth non-fiction books which details the beginnings of The Mafia and the five families in New York. It is also quite well written so it won’t bore you to tears. Also, the pictures are great. Also, try Donnie Brasco, it is a true story about a FBI agent who infiltrates the New York mafia. Also try The Last Gangster by George Anastasia.
